Book an Appointment
Welcome! Here’s the news for May 👇
The deck will be opening on June 1!
Why have your massage inside when you could have it outside on the deck?! To book your massage outside, choose the Outdoor option when you book your appointment. If the weather turns we’ll stay inside. Although, I have massaged my way through a hailstorm before. Good thing the deck is covered! 😉

Schedule Update
June is already booking up and I’ll be off for a summer staycation June 28–July 6. Please consider booking ahead to secure your spot!
Foothills County Highway Construction Update
The Province and Aecon Transportation are undertaking highway rehabilitation on Hwy 22 between Hwy 549 and the Town of Diamond Valley to include turning lanes and improve traffic flow and safety. Work begins May 1, and is expected to last 4 to 6 weeks. Road closures are not anticipated, but motorists should expect minor delays. Click here for more information or updates.
There are a few back ways to get to my location if you’d like to avoid the construction zone. Click here for directions on Google Maps

Welcome to Threepoint Massage & Yoga Therapy.
Massage Therapy
When something hurts, you massage it. It's instinctual. If you smash your leg into the corner of the coffee table you automatically cup your hands over it and massage it until the pain subsides. Well, first you tense up, clench your jaw, maybe hop on the other leg for a few steps to avoid the pain. But then, you massage that leg. Because it eases the pain. And it helps you feel better.
Stress feels a lot like the corner of that coffee table: sharp and painful. It can leave you feeling tense, sore, sometimes hopping around on one leg, jaw clenched, feeling angry and frustrated.
Massage Therapy can soften those sharp, painful corners, and ease the toll of stress on your mind and body.
Yoga
As a Massage and Yoga Therapist, my approach to yoga emphasizes how the practice feels rather than how it looks. Each practice is adapted to meet your body’s unique structure and needs, making it accessible for everyone, regardless of experience or flexibility.
